Tobco’s North Nowra Project: A Success Story in the Energy Sector

TOBCO proudly announces the successful completion of its first project on Endeavour Energy’s civil panel, located in North Nowra. This project showcases our expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions for the energy sector.
The North Nowra project entailed the supply and installation of high voltage (HV) ducts, as well as the subsequent installation of HV cables. TOBCO’s team tackled several complexities during the project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to the local community while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
During the course of the project, our crews had to work around multiple services in the trench alignment. To overcome these challenges, we employed a combination of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and bed bores. This innovative approach allowed us to minimise disruption to the community while maintaining efficient project progress.
Our team encountered significant quantities of rock throughout the project, which required careful planning and execution. Despite this challenge, we managed to complete the project within the forecasted timeframe, showcasing our adaptability and resilience in overcoming obstacles.
