All TOBCO engineers and trade qualified professionals possess the necessary ASP Level 1 and APS Level 2 accreditations, permits and skills to work on utility networks in NSW, Queensland and Victoria.

This gives us the confidence and the right to carry out professional engineering and electrical works on over ground and underground electricity cables, communications installations, electrical power transmission and distribution infrastructure and substations, street and highway lighting, gas supply, water supply, wastewater, sewage and storm drain infrastructure. TOBCO is an ASP Level 1 contractor (accredited by the NSW Government to work on electricity networks). We have attained authorisation through Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy to work on their networks.
