Tobco Has Been Awarded a New Project for Transport NSW “hwy 22 Silver City Highway B5132 and B5137 Culvert Replacements”

TOBCO is proud to announce that it has been awarded a new project, “Highway 22 Silver City Highway B5132 and B5137 Culvert Replacements” for Transport for NSW.
TOBCO over the next 4 months will undertake the replacement of 112 box culverts at 2 critical locations approximately 50 minutes north of Mildura NSW. The works require detailed traffic staging to ensure the main route through Western NSW always stays open. The project involves over 900m3 of excavation, 850m2 of base slab construction and the installation of 112 750mm x 1850mm Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert units. All finishing earthworks and a 1000m2 of road seal is also included as part of the contract works.

TOBCO established itself in Sydney almost 8 years ago, but we have always both had strong ties to the country. It was always our vision to be able to deliver work for regional NSW and hopefully one day for Australia.
This project will be delivered entirely by TOBCOs own people and plant, reinforcing our capabilities to self-perform projects as a principal contractor.
TOBCO will provide updates throughout the project and is looking forward to delivering this work for Transport for NSW and their regional Maintenance Division.
TOBCO will be working hard in the following years to grow the CIVIL business to ensure it is one of the strong performers in its five core business units.
TOBCO is refusing to rest on its laurels and will be working hard in the upcoming years to grow the NSW traffic control contractor side of the business and continue as an innovative, self-performing RMS contractor. We aim to ensure TOBCO remains one of the strongest performers within its five core business units well into the future.
