TOBCO has successfully commenced critical works at the Culcairn Transmission Project in Southern NSW, strengthening the region’s high-voltage infrastructure.
Located on Schoffs Lane in Culcairn, the project involves essential upgrades at the 330kV switching station, including transmission cut-in and gantry installations. TOBCO’s scope of work covers Strung Bus installation, transmission linework, and the construction of gantries—bolstered by targeted tower strengthening to ensure system resilience and reliability.
With the deployment of TOBCO’s in-house plant and a skilled team of specialised lineworkers, the project highlights the company’s capacity to mobilise efficiently and deliver high-voltage works in complex environments.
